The training has a form of a cycle of three-hour meetings. We make use of, i.e., working with a camera, working with cases, mini-simulations, and knowledge exchange.
This form allows working out of an individual training plan, also including various substantive areas.

Has over 20 years of experience as a tradesman and manager. For several years he was engaged in therapies and psychological skills workshops for various professional groups. Since 1996, he has been creating and conducting training and advisory projects for business.
An author of publications for business and a member of supervisory boards of various listed companies. For several years now he has been conducting consultations and individual coaching for managers.
In 2000 he established STS where he specialises in workshops from the fields of managerial skills, trade, and effective communication.

Has almost 20 years of experience as a manager, as well as in trade and negotiation gained at international corporations (Mars, Cadbury Wedel, Novartis Alima-Gerber). Rafal has many years’ experience in group work and as a Gestalt psychotherapist. Graduate of Psychology of Human Resources Management at the University of Warsaw.

Has almost 15 years of experience in trade, management, and conducting trainings gained at, i.e., non-governmental organisations, Auchan-Elea chain, and own trade company.
Graduate of XIII School for Leaders and School of NGO Trainers.
He cooperates with STS since 2008 as a tradesman, manger and trainer. He specialises in negotiation, sales and managerial trainings. Responsible for contact with clients and organisation of trainings.
